Third graders are in working in the PAF reading program and are currently in their Get Set Reader.  Students will be focusing upon initial and final blends triple blends and final s,f, l, and z words.  They have already made much progress learning about contractions and their list of red and sight words continues to grow.  Grammatical concepts will not only include contractions, but also homonymns, alphabetizing, and suffixes.  Students are really making gains and are reading miore fluently each day.
         
         
      Third graders have recently completed their unit on Solid and Plane figures.  We continue to practice multiplication, addition and subtraction daily to reinfoce skills previously taught.
